Congregation Beth Jacob is a small but enthusiastic multi-ethnic Jewish community. Our members come from all parts of the Imperial Valley as well as Mexicali. We hold Friday night services and Saturday study groups devoted to exploring diverse aspects of Judaism. We join together to celebrate holidays and life cycle events. Our services, which use the reform prayer book, are led by a student rabbi who is studying at Hebrew Union College.

A unique feature of our community is that no dues are required. The activities of the synagogue are financially sustained by members who give voluntarily to the extent that they can.
